The Lady Jackets got on the board first in the top of the first inning, scoring there only run of the game. From there the Lady Cardinals got rolling to the 16-1 victory.
Audrey Likings earned the win for the Lady Cardinals, she allowed three hits and one run over four innings. She struck out two and only walking one batter. Kyli Monhollen took the loss for the Lady Jackets, she went three and one-third innings, giving up 16 runs (five earned), 11 hits, striking out two and walking five batters during the game.
The Lady Cardinals had 11 hits in the game.
