The Lady Jackets got on the board first when they scored two runs in the top of the first inning.
Whitley County got on the board in the bottom of the fifth inning, when they scored 4 runs, thanks to Hallie Huddleston single and Jayden Barton Triple.
Kara Canada started in the circle for the Lady Colonels, she went five innings, allowed one hit, two runs (zero earned) striking out six and walking one. Caylee Singleton pitched two innings in relief for the Lady Colonels, she gave up zero hits, striking out five and walking one.
Wilson stepped in the circle for the Lady Jackets, she went six innings, allowing nine hits, five runs, striking out four and walking one.
