(Corbin, KY) It's night number 2 of the 13th Region Fast Pitch Tournament. Game number one between the 49th District Champion the North Laurel Lady Jaguars verses the runners-up out of the 52nd District the Harlan County Lady Black Bears.
The Lady Black Bears jumped out to an early 5-0 lead in the top of the first inning thanks to Brittleigh Estep singled, and then Rylie Maggard hit a grand slam to Center field.
In the bottom of the first inning the Lady Jaguars trimmed the Lady Black Bears lead down to 2, making the score 5-3 Harlan County.
In the bottom second inning when the Lady Jaguars exploded for 8 runs then in the bottom of the third inning they added another 8 runs to make the score 19-5.
then in the bottom of the fourth inning the Lady Jaguars added 3 more runs.

Started on the mound for the Lady Jaguars was Tessa Monhollen. Can into relief was Emma Carl. Monhollen went 0.1 of a inning, gave up 4 hits on 5 runs, 2 walks and 1 strikeouts. Carl went 3.2 innings gave up 2 hits and had 5 strikeouts.

North Laurel will advance to the semi-finals of the 13th Region Fast Pitch Tournament where they will wait the winner of the next game between the Corbin Lady Redhounds and the Pineville Lady Lions tomorrow evening.
