The game started with a bang as the Lady Cats wasted no time asserting their dominance. But it was in the bottom of the first inning when the Lady Cats truly made their mark. Lynn Camp scored six runs as the Lady Cats took an early lead. The hits kept coming for Lynn Camp as they continued to pile on the runs. Allison Messer stepped up to bat and launched a towering home run over the left-field fence in the third, adding to the Lady Cats' commanding lead. Meanwhile, Jorja Carnes was in top form on the mound, shutting down the Lady Tigers' offense with ease. She allowed only one hit throughout the game, showcasing her skill and precision as a pitcher. In the fourth inning, with the Lady Cats already holding a commanding lead, Lily Henize stepped up to bat once again. This time, she connected with the ball perfectly, sending it rocketing into the outfield. With lightning speed, she rounded the bases, racing past the fielders and sliding into home plate for an electrifying inside-the-park home run. The Lynn Camp Lady Cats continued to dominate on both offense and defense, and as the final out was recorded, they emerged victorious with a resounding 15-0 win over the Barbourville Lady Tigers.
