(Stearns, KY) Lady Redhounds jumped out to the lead in the top of the second inning after Raegan Hinkle doubled, scoring one run, Alana Stidham singled, scoring two runs, and Morgan Hicks doubled, scoring two runs.
Corbin extended their early lead with four runs in the top of the third inning with RBI singles by Abi Beller, Hinkle, and Danni Foley.
Danni Foley led things off in the circle for the Lady Redhounds. She gave up one hit and zero runs over five innings, striking out nine and walking one. Ava Stephens started the game for the Lady Raiders. She gave up 10 hits on nine runs (eight earned) over two and two-thirds innings, striking out none and walking two.
Lady Redhounds pilled up 11 hits in the game. Beller, Raegan Walker, Hicks, and Hinkle each collected two hits for the Lady Redhounds. Stidham, Foley, Hicks, and Hinkle each drove in two runs. Corbin had 5 hits in the game, and they didn't commit an error on defense. Anela Sanders made the most plays with nine.
Chelsea Whitehead went 1-2 at the plate for the Lady Raiders.
