In a dominating performance, North Laurel Lady Jags secured a convincing 10-0 victory over Wayne County. The game showcased stellar offensive contributions, particularly from Saige McClure, who went 3-4 at the plate.

Early in the game, Ellie Adams ignited North Laurel's offense with a timely single in the second inning, driving in a run. North Laurel further extended their lead in the third inning when Saige McClure delivered another clutch single, bringing in a run and putting North Laurel ahead 2-0.

However, it was in the fifth inning that North Laurel put the game away, scoring eight runs to put the game out of Wayne County's reach. Saige McClure played a pivotal role among others in this inning, notching both a single and a double, contributing significantly to North Laurel's offensive explosion.

Tessa Monhollen delivered a standout performance on the mound, allowing only two hits and no runs while striking out six batters and issuing no walks. Monhollen's strong pitching controlled the game from beginning to end.

With this win, North Laurel improves to a record of 8-6 and looks ahead to their upcoming matchup against Madison Southern on Thursday. Looking like the Lady Jags are starting to peak.
