Livingston Central Roars past Lady Jackets 18-0

(Pigeon Forge, TN) This is the final game of the Cal Ripken Experience for the Williamsburg Lady Jackets, there opponent for today was the Livingston Central Cardinals.

 

Cardinals got on the board in the top of the first inning after Hadley Hargrove doubled, Emersyn Ramage singled, and Eden Campanella singled, each scoring one run. An error, a single by Addison Tramble, and an error helped the Cardinals extend their early lead in the second inning. A single by Tramble, a single by Hargrove and a triple by Ramage help to extend their early lead in the third inning. Cardinals scored seven runs on five hits in the top of the fourth inning. Nevaeh Jennings singled, scoring two runs, Tramble singled, scoring one run, and Hargrove singled, scoring two runs, and error scored two runs.

 

Campanella earned the win for the Cardinals, she gave up one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out four and walking one. Kyli Monhollen took the loss for the Lady Jackets, she went four innings, giving up 18 runs (seven earned) on 14 hits, striking out four and walking three. Hargrove stepped into the circle for the Cardinals giving up zero hits and zero runs over one inning, striking out two and walking one. 

 

Monhollen went 1-2 for the Lady Jackets.

 

The Cardinals accumulated 14 hits in the game. Ramage drove the middle of the line up
