Jackson County rolled past Knott County Central with an impressive 13-1 victory, securing their second win of the day. From the opening innings, it was clear that Jackson County came to play, unleashing a barrage of hits and runs.

The action began in the first inning when Lexi Brockman set the tone with a powerful triple, quickly followed by Candice Williams and Ella Sallee, who both delivered clutch doubles, each driving in a run and putting Jackson County on the scoreboard early.

However, it was in the second inning that Jackson County truly asserted their dominance, exploding for five runs on five hits. Blakelynn Fee contributed with a groundout that scored a run, while Lexi Brockman and Emily Mays showcased their batting prowess with back-to-back doubles, driving in a total of four runs and extending Jackson County's lead.

Not content with their already substantial advantage, Jackson County continued to pile on the pressure in the third inning, adding five more runs on five hits.

Candice Williams, pitcher for Jackson County, was instrumental in their victory, showcasing her skill and precision on the mound. Surrendering only one hit and one run throughout the game, Williams proved to be a formidable force, striking out six batters and walking just two, effectively shutting down any attempts by Knott County Central to rally.
